Free delivery/shipping on all items within India.

Transit Insurance

All goods are fully insured by the company until they reach your doorstep, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Lifetime Exchange

Exchange or buy-back on all purchases within India, at current market value.

1-Month Money Back Policy*

100% Refund

Our 1-Month Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. Once a product is returned under this policy, it will be checked for any tampering by our Quality Control (QC) department.

The product will be accepted only in perfect condition, with all tags and protective material intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear, or with a tampered tag, will not be covered under this policy.

The funds will be credited to your EonNet Jewellers Pvt Ltd Credit Wallet. You may keep the amount for future shopping or get it refunded to your bank account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
For all other orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

Within India

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from us within India. The product can be returned for buy-back or exchange on the basis of its current market value.

Exchange: The value of the exchanged product, after deductions, will be credited to your e-shop account with us. This credit remains valid and can be used to purchase anything on our online store.
Buy-Back: The buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Returned jewellery shall go through our Quality Control procedure in order to process the credit/refund as per the categories below.
